imposible insert videoclips with soundtrack in timeline ...?¿.....

I can´t insert clips with sound traks in time line (from monitor display), but clips with only video works right. Also, I can´t hear the sound track (wich it  insert alone). My headphones works right, because I can see this videoclpis normaly with another media-reader  ¿ podria ayudarme alguien? gracias.

The most common user error is not source patching the track.
Solved by first opening clip in Source Monitor. Then drag/insert into timeline.
