impossible de déplacer des clips sur la timeline

Bonjour, 

ce matin, mon band de montage a fait des siennes car je n'arrive plus à déplacer des clips (éléments de la séquence) dans la timeline qui reste fixe. J'arrive encore à les ralllonger ou les raccourcir, mais leur emplacement est figé. J'ai essayé de changer de projet, même problème. J'ai essayé d'importer de nouveaux éléments depuis mon chutier, impossible... Je me désespère un peu là...
