Impossible to open Premiere pro

Hi!

I just downloaded a plugin : GoPro FX Reframe Plugin, to read and control 360 camera files (.insv), and since, I can't open Premiere Pro, it starts, and then shut during the "charging opening".

Is there anybody who have an idea of what's going on and can help me with this ?
