This year I got a PROMISE Pegasus32 R4 16TB RAID System and I thought my export time for videos would significantly increase, but infact it's gotten significantly slower!
I'm on a Macbook Pro 2017 MacOS Monterey 12.0.1. My files originate on the Pegasus32 R4 and the media cache is directed there as well. I have over 7.3 T of space. Why would a 55 min video take over 8 hours to export??
Can someone give me insight how I might speed up the export process?
Oops I worded a sentence wrong. I thought my export time for videos would significantly DECREASE with the new external harddrive. In reality, it's increased!
