Informe de compatibilidad del sistema (intel hd graphics 4600)

Hola, soy recontra nuevo a Premiere Pro. Al habrirlo me aparece una ventana que dice "informe de compatibilidad del sistema" y adentro "video intel(r) hd graphics 4600" "controlador de vídeo incompatible".

Pero el punto es que tengo una gráfica dedicada, la gtx 750 ti, como hago para que el programa use esa gráfica en vez de la integrada. He buscado en internet y no he encontrado nada. He intendado desactivar la grafica desde dispositivos e impresoras pero nada. Espero que me ayuden a solucionar mi problema. Gracias de antemano.

The GTX750 series is too old to be supported ... Nvidia has dropped full support, only maintaining the availablity of the old drivers. The newest driver for that is 361.75. Premiere needs a card running say the 411.x drivers or newer.

The Intel 4600 used the Haswell generation tech ... from 2013. It's also way out of date.

So Premiere unfortunately can't use either of your graphics devices, they're too old.

But can I do something to use the gtx 750 ti? Isn't there any way to do it? If not, which editing program you recommend.

The drivers I have are version 442.19 so it should be working?

So why I get the message from the intel drivers.. how can I delete that message. Or be sure to be using the Nvidia card

Pr is using the nvidia card. Update the intel gpu.

I can´t update the intel gpu. It has the newest drivers it can handle. Premiere shows me a link for intel drivers, but for the 6th gen, and I have the 4th; it just wont install.

I runned the GPUsnifer.exe and it did found the gtx 750 ti. I recorded the screen and then watched it slower so I could read it. So I dont really know why I am having this problem. Please anybody can help me?

That GTX 750 is again, older kit. And computers always move on, frustrating as it is to us users. There's no way to use that again with Premiere.

As to other editing apps ... that's up to you I suppose. But even in others, the older gear if even workable will have severe limitations.

I'm not sure why Premiere isn't using that card ... though a 2GB vRAM card is incredibly limited for Pr now, really 4GB is a practical lower limit. So that might be the issue.

Hola si al ejecutar Premier te aparece un error de compatibilidad, es por que la tarjeta que tienes instalada no esta trabajando.
Te sugiero que la desistanles limpies los pines de conexion, la vuelvas a instalar y actuzlizes los drives desde la pagina del fabricante. (no uses los que se instalas por defecto desde el sistema operativo.
aun asi esa tarjeta que estas usando es algo obsoleta sobretod si vas a usar versiones mas actuales del software.

Pero la gráfica si funciona. La uso para jugar y todo. La reconoce el sistema. Pero al parecer no Premiere

Intel ya no quiere admitir ninguno de sus hardware que tenga más de tres años. Verá, Intel había colocado la compatibilidad con controladores iGPU para todas sus CPU de 4a y 5a generación en estado heredado en 2018. Esto significa que no habrá más correcciones de compatibilidad para estas CPU antiguas, mientras que solo se realizarán correcciones de seguridad críticas al menos más tarde este año.

Pues bueno amigo, lo que uso ahora es Davinci Resolve. Puedes descargarte la versión gratuita que es muy buena. Pero al parecer tu no eres de esos ;). Te puedes descargar la verisón Studio. Busca...

Amigo ve al explorador de archivos.

Anticlick en equipo/Administrar/Administrador de dispositivos/Adaptadores de pantalla y con anticlick dale a la opción de desinstalar el controlador de los gráficos integrados de intel, luego reinicia. Listo el mensaje desaparecerá y todo el trabajo gráfico lo hará tu tarjeta.

buen día, yo tuve ese mismo problema y pero igual tengo una tarjeta Radeon y me detectaba erron en el gráfico de Intel, la solución está en el BIOS de tu tarjeta madre entra y desactiva en el área de peripherals o periféricos dónde dice Intel processor graphics y dale disabled o desactivar después guardas cambios y reinicias y con eso ya queda directo trabajando en tu tarjeta grafica, aclaro que eso lo hice en una motherboard gigabyte.
