Inserting Image over hand-held video

Hi All,

I am trying to an image to a hand-held video footage, when camara is moving the image i inserted is also moving. 

Can we stick an image at a position in hanl-held video. please suggest.

You will have to use After Effects for this: Motion tracking.

Yes, but you have to keyframe manually.

...and possibly may need to nest and then apply Warp Stabilizer after manual keyframing.

In a nutshell:

Add warp Stabilizer to the clip.

Nest

Superimpose (V2) and keyframe position image.
