insertion d'images parasites au milieu de ma séquence

Depuis quelques jours, le logiciel insert des images parasites, une ou deux frames, en plein milieu de séquence. Je ne vois pas ce qui cause ce phénomène . Merci d'avance, si quelqu'un a déja eu cela.

J'ai le même problème depuis que je suis passé sur mac M1. Après certains rendus, lorsque je remodifie ma séquence, elle conserve des images parasites d'autres rushs (1 ou 2 images). Avez-vous trouvé une solution?

clean media cache

reset the preferences

Thanks Carlos for the reply.

 

This is what I did yesterday, it solved the problem but I have to repeat the same process each time I modify my sequences. Kinda boring, it wasn't like this before I upgraded to mac M1 pro. I hope Adobe finds a solution that allows a normal workflow
