How do i download previous version of premier pro. im struggling to install a version to my 10.15.7 version machine

What are the specs of your Mac? And what year is that model from (as released by Apple, not when you purchased it)?

And assuming that your Mac is new enough, is there any way that you can update its macOS version to 12.x.x or later?

That is all because you can no longer obtain any version of Premiere Pro that's compatible with 10.15.x any more since all such versions were made permanently unavailable in October of last year.
