Whenever I am trying to install it tells me creative cloud will open in 5 seconds, as shown on the screen. When the time is over, everything disappears from my computer and I can not access it. Whatever app I am trying to install the same happens. I tried to download creative cloud, but it works the same way. How can I install apps?

Uninstall - Reinstall Creative Cloud

Try also to sign out and back in to your account

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
