Hi!
I try to edit some clips made from an Sony Xperia 1V. The clips are fine playing directly in av player, but some of the clips are messed up when playing them in Premiere or other edit softwares (e.g. Wondershare Filmora).
I have no idea why they are like this, and it is not all yhe Xperia-clips that are interfered.
Some video-info:
Has anybody experienced similar, and/or know a fix?
Uploaded a screenshot showing how the playback is, both in preview and as exported. The same thing happens in Filmora, but not necessarily with the same clips.
Hi @SindreFuruli,
Sorry for the frustration. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue, like operating system and hardware specs. Please see, How do I write a bug report? And could you tell us what Premiere Pro version are you on?
Are your drivers up to date and using the Studio version if NVIDIA?
Have you tried disabling hardware acceleration under Preferences > Media?
Hope we can help you soon,
Dani

Hi, and thanks for your reply.
I am currently running the 25.1.0 version of Premiere, but as mentioned earlier I have the same issues at other editing programs as well.
Some specs on my machine:

Hi @SindreFuruli,
Sorry to hear you're facing this issue. Could you please share some of the problematic media or project files? That would help us recreate the scenario locally and provide more accurate suggestions.
Thanks,
Mayjain

Hi,
I couldn't post it directly here, so I uploaded it on YouTube. This is one of the clips that turns out weird in both preview and after export.

And here's a version that shows how some of the clips are interfered, while others aren't. Alle clips in this video is made on the same day, with the same camera, and with the same settings

Hi again!
I tried disabling hardware acceleration, and at first glance, it seems to have fixed the problem. At least an test-export came out successfully 🙂
