iPhone footage VFR converted to CFR in Handbrake but sync still drifts

Anyone have a good system for using iPhone footage. I converted the VFR to CFR in Handbrake but the sync still drifts.

How long are the clips?

If you have an hour long clip, even jammed cameras will have some drift to the audio a lot of the time. The shorter the clip, the lesser the problem normally.
