Is anyone else struggling with keyboard shortcuts?

I can't remember a time when premiere pro consistently retained my keyboard shortcuts. It acts as if it saves my customizations, but whenever I try to load one of my saved settings, it suddenly is just the default. It is truly so frustrating. I feel like I'm going to lose my mind if I need to reprogram my keyboard shortcuts for another time. My version is up to date - so what gives, Adobe?

Wow, that would be a pain.

What's your system data? Somehow it's not saving correctly, so it might be a folder read/write permissions issue.

Thank you for reporting a problem and sorry you've been experiencing issues. We need a few more details to help like Premiere Pro version you are on and hardware information. Please see How to Report a Problem.

In the Keyboard Shortcuts window, are you seeing the keyboard shortcuts change when you select your custom presets or is this not being reflected? If they are and you click OK, do they work at all or do they seem to revert to the default shortcuts?

There have been issues at various points, but mine are working/saving correctly now - and for some versions.

With the exception of certain shortcuts/types of shortcut. But I'm aware of no current bug/custom shortcut problem that would result in your custom set not saving.

What OS? What current version of PR?

Are ANY of your custom sets now in use being imported from previous PR versions? When did you last create a new set from the default version, and work only with that set?

I am not suggesting that you are doing something wrong - just trying to get the current situation to troubleshoot.
