is it just me or - Replace with Precomp\Nest -- Would it be SO appreciated Feature in Premiere Pro?

Nesting keep the Attributes of the timeline while Replace with Precomp keep the Media Attributes!

 

making Huge Difference.

 

Hopefully i will get support on this one and make it reality :)!
