Hi there. I have GPU Nvidea and Rayzen on this Laptop (this it no mine). GTX and Radeon. With this CPU Rayzen Premiere Pro run faster in this laptop.

But, while playback, i see on task manager that Premiere doen't use the GPU. It Uses CPU 90-100%. GPU just 0%.

Is it normal?

Not just playback, while exporting (h24/mp4) also just use CPU 100%, never use GPU. Project setting has been set to Playback Mercury engine cuda.

Thanks.

Premiere Pro doesn't use NVIDEA Geforce GTX 1650 becouse this laptop use nvidea 'game driver'. Just login to Geforce Experience then install 'studio driver', not 'game driver'.

By using 'studio driver' in NVIDEA, PP will use it smoothly.
