Is it possible to create a new Project with a template?

So I am trying to make a Project template which contains all my Music Sound effects... so that I only have to add the video itself so I can start editing. However I couldnt find a way to make this possible. So is there a way to create a template with all the music, sounds effects... which automatically comes when you create a new project?

Make the project how you want this with all your assets and save it with a unique (template) name. Then Save As with a new name.

The saved project will be your template.
