Is it possible to smart render H.265 in Premiere Pro? So to put an H.265 file in the timeline, fiddle about with the audio a bit, then export it in H.265 WITHOUT re-encoding so not losing any quality.

Hola no es posible ya  el procesamiento inteligente solo funciona si el códec de la fuente, el tamaño, la velocidad de fotogramas y la velocidad de bits coinciden con los ajustes de exportación.
