Is there a way to edit an already generated mp4?

I would like to edit my mp4 that was created in a different platform. Is it possible to import a video and edit that video (I want to remove the avatars and change the voiceover) in Adobe?

Removing avatars may be challenging.

After Effects would be better for that.

How do you want to change the voiceover?

@KristaSkapinskiUtility

You posted to the dead forum for Adobe Digital Editions, which is a reader for e-books. I've moved your post to the Premiere Pro forum, where they can better assist. It's possible that Adobe After Effects would work, but they can better advise.

You can edit the raw video. Have you tried it yet? Let us know.

Thanks,
