Is there a way to make search bins search a Dublin Core metadata section?

I'm tagging footage using Dublin Core "Keywords" section and I want to create search bins that will only reference my Keywords sections. It seems like the search bin will only search clip metadata, but somehow WILL search Dublin Core if I leave search all metadata selected.
