Is there a way to turn 'Captions' in to 'Graphics'?

I want to keep all the content and timecode from captions but just turning them in to 'graphics'. Is that possible? Thanks!

So far, so, there is no method in Premiere Pro to convert captions from the 2021-22 workflow to grahics text. Upvote this feature request:
