Is there any way to animate mask path keyframes?

I'm trying to create a mask for a certain effect and I want it to move across the screen, is there anyway to animate the keyframes? Stuff like ease in and ease out are grayed out and there is no way to expand it to show the keyframe path.

Masks in Premiere are quite basic compared to After Effects. I don't believe there is a way to display the mask path - I'd go to After Effects with Dynamic link.
