Is there anything out there that funtions as a Vid Effects and Vid Transition catalog?

Hi guys...I'm looking for either a document or a web site where I can view all the vid effects and transitions available in Premier Pro?

Thanks...I already saw that. I don't need a list of them, I can see that
from within PP. However, aside from trying each one, I'd like to see what
they do, how they look.
