Issue in Premiere Pro 22.0

I recently updateed to premiere pro 22.0 and I have been having issues exporting. I film on my iPhone as .MOV and I export as MP4 to YouTube and that was working perfectly fine in v 15.4.1 but now I am getting an error code. Pasted below

I think that this is just a bug in the new version but can anyone confirm?

Phone footage usually has variable framerate and can cause issue (not just version 22).

Convert to constant framerate with Handbrake or Shutter Encoder before bringing into Premiere.

I exported using the same exact footage in version 15 and it was able to export fine. I didn't edit the footage at all.
