Issue with Graphic template when in preview

Hey guys!

So I am editing my video and i want to add a bubble speech text animation, but when i play the video in Premiere at best it shows one frame or two, but i cant see the final results properly and adjust.

I have a Nvdia P2000 Graphic card so I dont think it is the issue, so if someone can help, i put the video here to show my issue:

Nice to meet you and thanks for your helpful video. I can see that you are having trouble with two issues. One is a fonts issue. The other is playing back an animated graphic overlay while previewing it in the Timeline. Right? 

1. The first problem looks like it can be solved if you install the font that was meant for the graphic. You can get the info for the graphic's font by right-clicking it in the Essential Graphics panel and choosing "Info." Install the font from Adobe Fonts and you should be back in business. Let me know if that works for you.
2. The second issue is related to the graphic and the power of your computer.
   1. You can lower the resolution on the Program Monitor to 1/2 or less. That can help.
   2. You can also step through the effect (click through it incrementally in the timeline using the mouse) to see how it will be animated once it is exported.
   3. Set In and Out points around the graphic. Choose Sequence > Render In to Out.

Most editors do one, two, or all three steps to make sure that the graphic is working as expected. I hope the advice helps.
