Issues with Premiere pro

Has anyone had issues with Premier Pro this week. When I first opened the program the menu in Home was grayed out, then I was told it needed to do an update and then last night every time I opened a project it wanted me to open and save in recovery mode. After shutting off my computer, everything seems fine.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I've had no such problems this week. What operating system are you working with? Are you using external drives. System information would be helpful to us.

I've only used it a couple times this week, but no issues.  Weird things like that can be indicators of hardware failures.
