I have a preference setting which is saved locally on my PC. However, when I tried to sync it to my account on Cloud, it automatically synced to a default setting (default workspace, keyboard etc.)
I have the "ask for my preference" box ticked. But it does not prompt anything when I clicked sync settings, or using "different account". Even if I select upload settings, it does not work. It will still just set to the default setting which is saved in my account on cloud.
Anyone know how I can troubleshoot this?

Hi Kenneth,
Sorry about this. You cannot sync a file saved by you to a hard drive to sync settings. Uploading sync settings is only available from within the Sync Settings preferences. I hope that makes sense.
