Issues with workspaces and interface in premier

In the middle of a session I was working and from one moment to another did not let me change between  workspace, it does not allow me to expand the timeline if the video is paused and it does not let me use the menus. I already reinstalled the CC and I used the Cleaner tool and rebooted the PC. Clean the cache and it still doesn't work. I get this  error in all projects

  • What are your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • What type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?

There is an known issue with nested audio.

Delete those from your timeline: see how that goes.

 

Next time, please use screen capture software instead of a phone in vertical position. No way to properly see what is going on.
