It won't let me export my video because it says it's locked

Hello, 

I've been working on a video that is only 1 min long, exporting at 24fps and I keep getting this message that my thing is locked. It is not locked in the bottom right hand corner and the project file does not say locked either. I've tried restart/reinstalling and even creating a new sequence and it still won't work.I've attached images of the errors I am seeing. I have no idea what else I can do. Any thoughts?
