Do you know how to check if there are any duplicates?

Aha, nor do I. Never realized it would not work on stills.

In the metadata display open Video Usage.

The number will tell you how many times it has been dropped in the timeline.

Open triangle and it will tell you where in the timeline.

Premiere won't import an image sequence (if that is what you mean) if there are duplicates.

You check the list in Windows explorer.

I have a large number of photos and want to know if I am duplicating them on my timeline.
Sorry for my lack of words.
