Still getting jumpy footage on playback, unlinked audio and changed output to No Output.... all these 'quick fix' dont work. Tried encoding differently. Nothing works. How is it that this issue is STILL going on 4 years later???
Why pay for a premium service for these ridiculus little bugs? This should have been adressed by developers years ago.

What are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

16.0 GB.
The studio nvidia driver made no difference. RTX 2060, Studio 511.65
Plenty of room on the hard drive. The files playback fine on any other program.

This might also be an issue: heavily compressed H.264/5, vfr.

It looks like a 30-fps video played back in a 25fps sequence or vice versa. Are you sure your clips fps matches your sequence fps?
Also, many users stated that using full resolution in program monitor gave them a much better performance in latest Pr builds, so you can try that and see if it works.

I tried this also, plus on export the clips jump in exactly the same place.
