keyboard and mice bug, only work for a few minutes after minimizing the Programm

Hello, 

i have following Problem. Since Yesterday my sometimes my keyboard and mice does not work in Premiere. Then i need to minimize the Programm and open it again.  than it works again for several minutes.

Does anybody have the same Problem? Or can help me?
