Hey
I'm using Premiere Pro 2022 and I recently found that any of my shortcuts doesn't work. I checked the Keyboard Shortcuts and it seems that the Adobe Premiere Pro Default -template is completely empty. So are all the other layouts there. Is there a way to .kys file from somewhere online?

Try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

Hey,
I tried but neither of those works. I also found this https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/all-keyboard-shortcuts-missing/td-p/10760109 and none of them worked either
Is it just possible to download the .kys file?

Not from Adobe.
Do you have another computer with Premiere Pro installed?
Do you have another version of Premiere Pro installed?
Does a colleague have Premiere Pro installed?
If so, you can copy the .kys file.

I think there is something wrong with my Creative Cloud application since all older versions are missing shortcuts as well...
I'll better test other applications from there next. If photoshop is missing shortcuts also it would definitely be the Cloud app.

Those were some of the first things I tried unsuccessfully. But thanks anyway!

Does Premiere Pro have access to the Documents folder?

It does and it writes the folder normally. I also tried to clear document folder and PP filled it like it should but still the shortcuts were empty when I launched the app itself.
