Keyboard shortcut preset disappears

Hello,

Everytime I open Premiere 2025, the keyboard shortcuts I have dissapears. I even save as a custom one and it still disappers after I open premiere so i have to adjust it every single time. Is there a fix?

Can you manually check the .kys file (the custom keyboard file) on your startup drive to see if it's actually disappearing or if Premiere is having problems accessing it.    On the mac, this is where my .kys files live /Users/michaelgrenadier/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/24.0/Profile-CreativeCloud-/Mac.  If I remember correctly, it's in a similar location on a windows machine

and make sure you haven't used any "reserved" characters such as /,*, etc when you name the preset.
