Keyboard shortcut window does not open

I click on the option and nothing happens.
I've already reinstalled twice, already use Creative Cloud Cleaner and it's still the same

Sorry about the issue. Which version of Premiere are you using? Could you share a video recording so we can better understand this issue? Also, Please share your system specifications (OS, CPU, GPU, RAM). We're here to help.

Also, are you using a multiple display setup or a single display?
