Keyboard shortcuts q and w not working in Adobe Premiere Pro 2024

Keyboard shortcuts look normal when going to Edit>Keyboard preferences, but I can't get them to work for quick top and tail editing.

Hi @Edoardo5C9D,

One user solved the issue because too many fonts were installed in the system. Do you have many fonts? If so, does reducing the number of fonts help? Let us know.

Have you updated your version of Premiere recently?  I've found almost every time I do an update that some keyboard shortcuts seem to have multiple actions applied to the same key or combo keystroke which in theory allows them to be context sensitive depending on what panel is active.  In reality, it makes me somewhat crazy (ier?). Opening keyboard shortcuts and removing the superfluous one has always solved the problem.
