Keyboard shortcuts unusable

I never wrote above, but now I'm really tired.
It's crazy that months after the release of Premiere 2023 there has been no fix to the bug that makes keyboard shortcuts unusable! There is no way that practically every time I reopen a project I have to close all the panels and reopen them for the shortcuts to work! It's really annoying and it's amazing that it hasn't been fixed yet.

Do you have Window/Workspaces/Import Workspaces from Projects -- UNchecked.

That's the first thing I'd look for.

I don't know about the shortcuts, I'm not having any problem with them.

I work on a MacOs. However until the previous version there was never such a problem.

Could you go to Documents > Adobe > Premiere Pro > 23.0 > Profile-username > Layouts, move the contents of the folder to another location, launch Premiere Pro, before opening any project, go to Window > Workspaces > uncheck Import Workspace from Projects, create a new project and let us know if that makes any difference?
