Keyframes are not functioning properly

I am really struggling with getting my keyframes to work. I'm running CC 2020, cleared my cache. Restarted. Deleted preferences. Nested video layer tracks. I need to do a split screen with 5 different videos playing at the same time, and then "feature" one larger then shrink it/move it and feature the next, etc. I have different keyframes adjusting the position, scale and crop. It only recognizes my end keyframe throughout the entire process. So, no changes are being made. 1st keyframe should be at 100% and fill top large black area.2nd keyframe should also be at 100% and fill top black screen area, as I don't want the transition to go the entire time.3rd keyframe is when it zooms down to 66% and is supposed to be in the bottom left corner (where it stays the entire time)
