Hi,
I've seen this from time to time. What are your system specs? Do they meet minimum system requirements? What kind of footage are you wokring with?
Thanks,
Kevin

So i may have found a work around after a few hours of messing. On your clip, delete any effects and nest it. Then add your effects back on after. I'm using a time ramp and had to delete all my effects, keep the time ramp, nest and then add all the effects back on... Shouldn't have to but it works.
