I was able to see labels in icon view in previous Premiere versions, now this feature is gone in Premiere 23.3. I tried to create a new project and import the old one, but nothing.
In Premiere 22.1.2 this feature is working.

Hey Daniele,
This is known behaviour for labels, labels are visible only in List View and Freeform View.
