Hey everyone! I just upgraded my computer from a 2014 Macbook Air to a brand new Macbook Pro 16" because the Air was lagging so much I couldn't even preview basic transitions like cross dissolve. I'm really surpised to see the same thing happening with the Macbook Pro!!! Ahhh what's going on here? Any tips?

Thank you so much,

Nate

Hi Nate!

Sorry for the trouble. Can you provide the following information?

  • What are your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Which type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
  • Have you already tried cleaning cache files and resetting preferences?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Kartika
