Latest Mac Premiere version Shadow/highlight plug-in not showing

Hi

i just Installed the latest Premiere pro 2022 on my New M1 max MacBook, I can't seem to find the Shadow/highlight plugin anyware. Can someone please tell me if it's not included? I really need this plugin.

Several effects have been deleted from the Mac in the 2022 version.

Shadow/highlight might be one of them.

On Windows this effect is obsolete.
