Link Media Favorites keeps vanishing

It's frustrating having to use Premiere's media browser instead of the system UI. Is there a way of setting that?
To get round this, I've been adding places to the Favorites section, however, it seems to keep resetting itself:

Is this a bug?

Hi @ReginaldUser555,

Thanks for writing in. You say you want to use Finder/Explorer instead of Media Browser to relink media, right? I like to do that too. Uncheck this item in the Link Media dialog box. See the attached image. I hope it helps.
