Link media to new CC library map

Hi, i rearranged my maps in CC libraries and now i cannot link (missing) media in Premiere Pro projects. The option Media Link is not clickable. When i try to add media from CC libraries into the project, the thumbnails are blank and i cannot 'Replace with clip from bin'. Premiere Pro is constantly freezing/not responding. Can somebody help me please?

Start with trashing preferences and media cache.
