I have a Logitech MX Master mouse that I use on a Windows 10 computer.
The problem I'm having is that Logitech's mouse software has appeared to have installed some sort of panel within Premiere that opens up with any project I'm working on. If you close the panel, it pops back open after a certain time. The panel has no obvious function, and it bugs out when resizing. I have seen suggestions of uninstalling Logitech's "Options" software, but I use this software to control the buttons on the mouse.
It's extremely annoying and gets in the way of Premiere's functions.
Any tips?
Premiere Pro Version 13.0.2 (Though it's been happening through several versions)
LogiOptions extension exists in the following path.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\LogiOptionsAdobe
You can move the LogiOptionAdobe folder from this folder to another folder.
Then, the LogiOptions panel has disappeared from Adobe application in my case.
You need not uninstall.

Try installing an older version of Options.

Yep this had been quite annoying - but the solution works and moving that folder has not affected the operation of my custom set up of my mouse and keyboard (in my case a G604 mouse and Craft keyboard). Thanks!

Hello! Same issue here, resolved it!
Macintosh HD ▸ Bibliothèque ▸ Application Support ▸ Adobe ▸ CEP ▸ extensions
Sorry it is in french, but I guess it wont be difficult to find your way with this info.
I've just move the LogiOption folder to another folder (below extension worked for me).
Hope it will work for you 😉

Are you kidding me? We should accept the answer is to move a folder to stop an erroneous pop-up from occuring?
What is the correct answer to this problem?

I tried twice and I can attest that it was the worst tech support experience for me, I had what I wanted to do working fine at first and then somehow it just stopped working the way I set it up and ever since I have not been able to get it working again.. I want the horizontal scroll to move the time bar on my timeline but it only moves it in nano seconds.. and before it was moving it by the minute and was way too fast to control.. sensativity was bugged too if i lowered it anywhere lower than 24% it would just go straight to the beggining.. that was the lowest i could go and it was still so dramatic.. now I can't even get that working.
