My videos are noticeably quieter after I export them. I am using .wav files in my project and exporting H264
Any thoughts?

There's at times an issue on audio files where you have say dual mono going to a stereo export or vice versa, and during the 'conversion' the audio is dropped -3dB. I don't remember all the details precisely, but that may be your issue.
