Losing some masks in adjustments layers when transferring project

Hi

I think I lost some masks inside some blurring adjustment layers. I have multiple hypothesis about why this happened :

1) Premiere pro crashed out. When I opened it again, it has created a new location for the media cache files on the internal computer drive instead of the external SSD drive as it should have.

2) transferring the project from a Mac to a PC (with same external SSD)

3) May have linked to an older version of the project's Media cache files

Do you have an idea "where" the adjustment layers' masks are in the media cache files ?

Thanks a lot, it's a huge timeline !

I am using the last version of Premiere pro.

Might want to try again transferring the project.

If no luck and they are lost I am afraid you will have to make them again.

You are right. I made them again. But now, I need to transfer the project again and I want to be sure that I don't make anything wrong. Any idea how I should do ?
