lost ".ppj" file

I was working on a premiere pro project and had a computer failure (corrupted data somewhere).

I've got almost all back but I cannot find the premiere pro project that I was working on.

I was using audition alongside premiere pro and I did get that back.

I cannot find the project anywhere (so far) even when I searched by using ".ppj" on windows 11.

I am using a PC with windows 11 fully updated and the latest premiere pro version.

I believe it was windows 11 that got messed up during an update.

All of my programs work fine it's just that I can't find this file.

Any ideas?

 Premiere Pro project files are not .ppj, they are .prproj.

So, do a search for *.prproj instead to find the project file. 🙂

EDIT:

Or are .ppj an extension for Production projects...?
