Lost Rendered ProRes Files - Close and re-open project - Fix It !

I've reported this several times and it happens on both my editing machines

Premiere is losing Database/Index for ProRes Video Preview files that exist (in the Previews Folder) on re-opening a project.

Result : you have to keep rendering the same files again again again .......

Still happens in Version V24.0

>>Engineering can you investigate & fix this please once and for all

If there is a workaround fix please tell me and the whole world and ease my stress levels ........
