Low video quality while using transitions

Hello,

I'm making a video with help of an Transition Pack I bought. It's a simple drag&drop transition but I noticed quality drop in my video right after transition starts (see picture attached).

Anyone have any ideas why does this happen? I also tried another Transition pack but the result is the same. Just when the transitions starts (first frame) quality goes down.

Have you tried rendering the timeline?

Just did after your message. Unfortunately no change. I'll try to make those transitions after rendering the full video or in After Effects and I'll see. But still ... I'm wondering why am I having this kind of an issue.
