Lower Thirds text won't change from grey

Does anyone know how to get the lower thirds to change from grey to white. I have made the text white but it is still grey. Would appreciate any help 🙂

I read your message. Looks frustrating. What is the opacity set to? Maybe that could be the trouble. Let us know. Sorry for the issue.
