This article didn't help at all. It talks about how the update has affected color space and how people are struggling to find the same look they had before.

In my case, a clip that previously had a lumetri color effect on it, still has the effect in it, but all data is gone. Though the values are different than default, there is no effect on the clip. It's log.

So, I have to either re-color my entire project or roll back a version....which is absolutely rubbish.

What are the color management settings on the clip? From the Project panel, modify/interpret footage ...

What are the color management settings for the Sequence from the Sequence Settings menu?

Are you working with an older project that was updated to 2022 and were you using LUTs in Lumetri?  How were the LUTs installed in your previous version of Premiere?  I ask because before Adobe simplified the process of adding custom/new LUTs there were some *workaround* solutions (some from these forums) that involved adding them directly to the innards of the Adobe Application itself...obviously this has an impact when migrating to a new version as the old project is looking (but not finding) those original LUTs in the new application.  Just an idea...
